Teaching showed me something I couldn’t ignore: brilliant children being written off, not because they lacked potential, but because no one had given them the chance to discover it, especially in subjects like STEM, where so many are quietly discouraged before they even try. In 2014, my wife Veronica and I founded Seed of Faith Junior School, determined to be that chance for children in our community.
Over the years, the school grew, and so did our understanding of what these children actually needed. Some day scholars relied on the single meal we provided at school and went home to empty plates. Others were orphaned, or came from families with no way to generate an income, carrying burdens no child should have to carry alone. Education, we realized, was necessary but not enough on its own.
That realization gave birth to Trons Fro Ministries International. What started as a school became a broader movement, one committed to walking alongside vulnerable children and their communities through education, healthcare, agriculture, and savings, so that hope isn’t just something we offer once, but something families can build on for generations.I share my story not because it is unique, I know many of the children and families we serve are living versions of it right now, but because I want them to know: where you start does not have to be where you finish. Thank you for believing in that same possibility, and for standing with us as we work to make it real.
